our vision
We envision a world free from hunger and poverty at all levels, beginning with eliminating extreme poverty by 2050.
our story
Our leadership team previously established Parvati Foundation. This UN-accredited ecological charity began with one person’s dream of a whale, arose into a community-supported mission to the North Pole to raise awareness of the melting polar ice, and became a visionary NGO with the unequivocal mission to protect our world’s life support. Our groundbreaking milestones to date include clearing the way for Canadian Arctic marine protection, pioneering the world’s largest ocean preserve, and gaining the support of world leaders and Nobel laureates.
Parvati Foundation’s early advocacy focused on ecological facts, supported by the grassroots efforts of dedicated volunteers all over the world. At the same time, we saw that the pace of grassroots did not match the speed of melting Arctic sea ice. We needed to find ways to swiftly create the collective and societal change to sustain the needed ecological protection. Gift the World was born from this understanding.
By moving the creative content needed for this global change into its own charity, and by leveraging business as an aid amplifier as part of our operating model, we have created an operation that uplifts and ignites compassion and wonder at every touchpoint. Gift the World brings joy, meaning and purpose to the creative process of developing content. Then we seek to share that joy with our staff, production partners and distributors as the first recipients. In turn, the end users receiving the content experience awe and delight, creating positive ripple effects in their own lives. The proceeds from the content then allow us to support needed humanitarian work, giving hope and energy to dedicated helpers on the front line and bringing life-saving sustenance to those who need it most. It is a virtuous cycle that amplifies acts of compassion so that millions of people live with greater health, happiness and peace while caring for themselves, others, and the natural world.
our approach
Soon after the first nuclear weapons were unleashed, Nobel Prize winning physicist Albert Einstein warned, “A new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move to higher levels.”
Today’s dominant paradigm is one of disconnection, where hot heads and cold hearts compete for more, faster, cheaper, mine. In this fractured state, we try to use our willpower to overcome the obstacles we perceive as happening to us. We have lost sight of our place within the whole and of those who need our care and respect. The poison of greed exists in each of our thinking, driving us to take more than is in balance and destroy the very things we need to survive. Lasting happiness is not possible in this paradigm. It is a downward spiral where wanting leads to taking, conflict, and ever-increasing suffering.
We can all see these spirals taking place today in the world around us. We can feel their effects. The anger and hatred they amplify are as destructive as any weapon humanity has created.
But there is another paradigm, one that is foundational to Gift the World: that of interconnection. In this understanding, every thought, word and deed affects not only our own lives but the trajectory of the world. If disconnection has downward spirals, interconnection creates upward ones. It cools the mind and warms the heart, awakening a desire to live in kindness, compassion, and awareness of the long-term good, which leads to actions rooted in service and benefit to the whole. This healthy perspective then touches every aspect of our collective culture and makes it prosperous, vital, and humane. This is the way forward to a healthy world. It is the only viable way forward that has ever existed.
Our growing team includes excellence in in poverty relief, health, education, NGO governance, law, tax, technology, arts, media and marketing.

our Model
When just £0.37 affects whether a child goes to bed hungry or not, every £1 must work harder.
That’s why we built a self-sustaining charitable business model with legal and accounting experts. We cut middleman costs, leverage like-minded philanthropic businesses, and donate services and content. Instead of being lost to overhead, each £1 is amplified to deliver £3 in aid. Built to the highest standards of ESG and accountability, this model maximizes impact for the people who need it most.
